When it’s time to set up your budget, a Fiscal Intermediary can help you make sure that you’ve accounted for all the different taxes and expenses involved in hiring your own employee.

 
Help you recruit new employees
 

A Fiscal Intermediary will help you advertise for new employees. They will also give you tips to conduct interviews.

 
Distribute paychecks to your employees and pay your bills
 

A Fiscal Intermediary will collect timesheets and distribute paychecks to your employees on your behalf.

 
Collect tax information from your employees
 

A Fiscal Intermediary will take care of all your tax needs. This means they will make sure that you follow all tax laws as well as file your employment taxes for you.

 
Help you keep track of your employees’ training
 

A Fiscal Intermediary will remind your employees when they are due for training.

 
Provide monthly updates on your spending
